This hearty chicken stew cooks in the crockpot. Prepare it in the morning and have it for dinner. This recipe is organic, healthy, gluten-free, soy-free, wheat-free, egg-free, milk-free, peanut-free, treenut-free, soy-free, and fish-free.


  • Ingredients

    1-2 pounds boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed.

    2 cups diced tomatoes

    6 organic pealed carrots, cut into ½ inch pieces.

    1/2 organic onion, chopped

    1 cup organic corn

    3 organic russet potatoes, cut into ½-1 inch cubes

    1 green bell pepper, sliced

    1-3 organic jalapenos, sliced.

    2 Tbs fresh garlic

    Sage, thyme, rosemary to taste

    Salt and pepper to taste

    ½ tbs paprika

    Red cayenne pepper (optional)

    3 packages Organic Pacific Chicken Broth

    Optional brown rice.

  • Methods / Steps
    Add one package broth into crockpot, then add all other ingredients. Add more broth until you have the consistency you desire. Set heat to high and let cook all day. Serve once vegetables are cooked and rice is ready.
