Description
These chicken fingers are great for the whole family. They can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free bread crumbs.
  • Ingredients
    2 lbs organic chicken breast tenders
    2 organic eggs
    1/4 cup organic milk
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 cups organic Italian style or gluten free breadcrumbs
    vegetable oil
    1/2 cup organic spicy brown mustard
    1/4 cup organic honey
  • Methods / Steps
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a pie plate or shallow bowl.
    Dip chicken tenders in mixture and coat well with bread crumbs.
    Heat about a 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium high heat and fry tenders until golden brown and crispy on each side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with honey mustard (combine honey and mustard well:).
