This is a simple, quick and pretty healthy. Gluten free! I topped the Glutino Bagel Chips. The best part about this recipe - use what you have. Add your favorite ingredients or try new combinations.

  • Methods / Steps
    Chop the tomatoes in small pieces and combine with onion and basil and mix. Add minced garlic or garlic powder to taste. Add balsalmic vinegar & olive oil and a bit of fresh squeezed lemon. Salt and pepper to desired taste. Stir and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best results.

    Serve along side your favorite gluten free cracker or Glutino Bagel Chips.
