Gluten free meringue cookies are the best. These little gems are definitely worth it. Five ingredients only. Choose allergy sensitive products, organic or kosher to keep in step with your special dietary needs. Easy, allergy friendly recipe!

  • Methods / Steps
    Grease cookie sheet and pre-heat oven to 240 degrees. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and keep beating. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat. Fold in 12 ounce package of chocolate chips. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 240 degrees for 15 minutes.
