Description

A healthy breakfast. Egg white omelet filled with nutritious vegetables. Gluten-free, soy-free, milk-free, wheat-free, peanut-free, tree nut free, fish free, organic, and healthy.

  • Ingredients

    3 egg whites

    Red, Green, Yellow bell peppers (to taste)

    Chopped onion (to taste)

    Diced tomatoes (to taste)

    Mixed baby greens (to taste)

    1 Tbs olive oil

  • Methods / Steps
    Heat olive oil in omelet sized skillet (medium heat)
    Add peppers and onion, saute 1-2 minutes
    Pour egg whites over top, flipping when ready (2 minutes)
    When eggs are cooked, place omelet on plate and serve.
    Can top with salsa, hot sauce, etc.
