Description

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

For crust:

Combine gluten free graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into bottom of 9" cheesecake pan.

Blend the organic cream cheese, organic eggs, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl with a electric mixer until smooth.<br/>Spoon onto gluten free pie shell.<br/>Bake for 45 minutes.<br/>Top with fresh berries, chocolate syrup, or caramel.

  • Ingredients
    Crust:
    2 cups crushed gluten-free graham crackers (crushed into fine crumbs)
    1/2 cup organic soft unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons organic cane sugar

    Cheesecake filling:
    2 cups (16 ounces) organic cream cheese, softened
    2 organic eggs, beaten
    1 cup organic sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crusts
