Description

These gluten-free monster cookies are by far the best cookie I've ever made. They are gluten-free, wheat free, fish-free, and can be made nut free with the substitution. 

  • Methods / Steps
    -Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
    -In large bowl, combine peanut butter with sugars and butter. Use an electric mixer to mix well.
    -Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
    -Mix in the gluten-free oats and baking soda
    -Hand stir in the chocolate chips and M&M's
    -Drop spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheet.
    -Place on middle rack and bake for 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to over cook. You'll want these to be chewy. Transfer to cooling rack. Let completely cool and transfer to air tight storage container.
