Description

This healthy twist on traditional baked ziti is beyond delicious. It's gluten-free and free of wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Organic and healthy while keeping the flavors.  

  • Methods / Steps
    In large pot, boil gluten-free penne until al dente. Drain water
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    Add cooked ground chicken/turkey and marinara sauce. Stir until pasta and turkey are coated in the sauce.
    Add Parmesan and most of the mozzarella, reserving some to sprinkle on top of the pasta. Lightly stir.
    Pour into lightly oiled 9x13 inch pan.
    Bake until you can see the pasta sauce bubbling on the sides, usually 20-30 minutes.
    Remove from oven, loosely cover with aluminum foil, let sit for 5 minutes.
    Serve.
