Description

Delicious kale chips! Very quick and easy to make. Vegan, free of the top 8 allergens and gluten free! 

  • Methods / Steps
    Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
    Wash and thoroughly dry kale
    Cut 'bones' of kale off (These won't dry as nicely)
    Toss in coconut oil or olive oil. Use just enough so the leaves are lightly coated (A local restaurant owner suggested massaging the coconut oil onto the leaves, so you may want to try that too. She also said not to go overboard on the oil)
    Place kale onto large baking sheet and place in oven for about 20 minutes. Watch them closely so they do not burn. You also don't want to undercook them, a soggy kale chip is gross.
