Description
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large pan, saute organic onion, organic bell peppers, organic garlic and organic celery in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Add cream of celery and cream of chicken soups, tomatoes, Pico de Gallo, spices and organic chicken broth.
Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with organic tortilla strips.
Spread half of organic chicken over tortillas and top with sauce, then half of cheese.
Cover with another layer of tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Ingredients
    1 cup onions, diced
    1 cup green bell peppers, diced
    1 cup red bell peppers, diced
    1 cup celery, diced
    2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 can Health Valley cream of celery soup
    1 can Health Valley cream of chicken soup
    1 lb reduced fat organic cheddar cheese
    2 cups cooked organic chicken
    1 cup organic Pico de Gallo
    1 clove organic garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons organic chili powder
    1 tablespoon organic chicken broth
    12 organic corn tortillas, torn in strips
