Description

This healthy spinach and chicken salad is full of vitamins, iron, and lean protein. It is gluten-free, organic, healthy, and free from the top 8 allergens. 

  • Ingredients

    2 organic boneless, skinnless chicken breasts

    4 cups spinach

    Any fresh vegetables you desire, carrots, peppers, onion, etc

    1 avocado, mashed (removed from skin, seed removed, and mashed)

  • Methods / Steps
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
    Place chicken in baking pan, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
    Bake for 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
    Remove from pan, cut into strips.

    In 4 bowls, place spinach and vegetables, top with 1/2 chicken breast. Add a scoop of avocado. Serve with your favorite dressing.
